Shinda Foundation's main purpose is to support and empower African communities through education, technology, and learning resources so that they can become self-sufficient.
Shinda Foundation started with a desire to make a difference in the lives of young children and prepare them for opportunities to transform their lives and their communities through a proper education.
Currently, Shinda Foundation is supporting Shinda Basic School, a non-profit school with children ages 5 to 15 years old. Through volunteers and a team of dedicated personnel at Shinda Basic, the children of this community are getting an opportunity for a quality education and a hope for a better future.
Shinda Foundation is seeking volunteers in the United States, and other places around the world, as well as in Tanzania. As a volunteer you can help in fund-raising, hosting an event, and teaching at Shinda Basic School.
